Shipping policy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a return to sender is issued, the customer will incur the shipping costs to re-ship the order. If an order is shipped to the incorrect address, the customer will have to purchase a new order. ONE® is not responsible for replacing an order or paying to re-ship for orders sent to an incorrect address.
